Action Plan:

First step: We bought a prime location chalet directly on the lagoon with a large garden in Cali Coast by Maven, worth 4.45 Million in July 2023 with 5% Down Payment and 8-year equal installments. (This Unit, we plan to keep it as a second home and a seasonal rental)

Second Step: We bought a prime location, a Corner 2 Bedrooms Apartment in Zed Towers E3, first launch by Ora, worth 7.9 Million in September 2023, also 5% Down Payment and 8-year installments. (This Unit is for a short-term investment to fill the budget gap for the first unit and to make an extra profit.)

We advise our client to convert the rest of his savings to gold after he pays the down payment for the two units and sells every quarter to pay the installments. At this time, his possessions were 913 grams of 24K Gold back in 2023, with 2846 EGP per Gram.

Outcome:

We sold the Zed towers apartment after one and a half years at 900K over the price.

We kept the Cali Coast chalet as planned (the unit value increased to 12.1 million from the developer and 7.5 million Resale).

The Gold price is increased over time to reach 6375 EGP per gram in October 2025.
